and life skills. Each member is of mature outlook and recognizes his
or her part in the client / service provider relationship. We aim to
meet all client requirements and there is a very clear understanding
that client satisfaction is paramount.
The company has grown to the stage where it now has an excess of 100
qualified personnel. All staff have formal security qualifications and
exceptional communication skills. The firm has employed and trained
guards and crowd controllers, inquiry agents, personal protection operatives,
assessors and work place trainers. Many members also have management
training. Multi-skilling is actively encouraged and the firm allocates
a large percentage of its budget to training.
