Only appropriate security personnel are selected, with each officer participating in on the job induction training. This instilles the necessary levels of knowledge of the site and the client's work environment so that the appropriate skills and attitudes may be brought to the fore.
The time allocated for each induction period is task / duty related with complexity and importance of the task / duty given foremost consideration.
