Uniformed Personnel
At Security Services Management it is recognised that staff are the key attribute to the companys success. Each staff memeber is handpicked on the basis of communication and life skills.
Each member is of mature outlook and recognises his/her part in the client service provider relationship.
Security Services Management has employed and trained guards and crowd controllers, inquiry agents, personal protection operatives, assesors and work place trainers. Multi skilling is actively encouraged and Security Services Management allocates a large percentage of its budget to training
All security personnel employed by Security Services Management are qualified with the following levels of training:
- Certificate III in Security (Guarding/Crowd Control).
- Minimum Level II First Aid.
- Successfully Passed Criminal Record Check.
- Three employment reference checks.
- Successfully passed a Medical Check.
- Understand and Signed Confidentiality Undertaking Policy, Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Policy and OH&S Policy.
All Security Personnel are fully trained and licensed through the Licensing Services Branch.
