Staff members are selected on the basis of mature outlook, demonstrable communication and life skills and ability to recognize his or her part in the client / service provider relationship. SSM aims to meet all client requirements and there is a very clear understanding that client satisfaction is paramount. We provide our staff with ongoing training, workplace trainers, encouragement, regular feedback which ensures they are equipped to meet our stringent practices.
All officers receive focused company and client-specific training from highly experienced management personnel. Multi-skilling and ongoing personal, supervision and management training is actively encouraged as a part of the employee development program. SSM employs workplace trainers, assessors and administrators to assist in these aspects.
Our staff members are provided with company issued uniforms & accessories which maintains a professional image and ensures appropriate garments and safety attire are on hand for seasonal changes & site requirements.
